Golf Evaluation

At LARCHMONT PHYSICAL THERAPY (LPT), both ownership and staff have aggressively become involved in the playing and understanding of golf. And from a physical therapist standpoint, we have acquired the tools to determine your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and objective strength measurements as it relates to golf.

All the Professional Tours, PGA, LPGA and Senior PGA, have their own traveling trainers and physical therapists to assist the golfers in every facet of their fitness. YOU HAVE ONE IN YOUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD.

Golf Specific Training

Golf SwingAfter your fitness evaluation, our goal is to tailor a "sport specific" exercise program to improve your golf game. By following training guidelines set by our fitness trainer, your game will be certain to improve in one area or another.

BRING THE WHOLE FOURSOME IN. Knowing your strengths and weaknesses will help you in knowing what to do to improve your swing. And if in two months, you don't notice any improvement, we will give you one training session FREE.

Remember: a fitness trainer can be just as important to your game as your golf instructor.

The fitness profile evaluates your health and fitness history, while determining your personal health and any risks. The fitness evaluation includes:
